  • Neighbors Emergency Center Lake Jackson to Open October 2017; Medical, Facility Director Named

    HOUSTON, Texas, October 2, 2017 –Neighbors Emergency Center Lake Jackson plans to start seeing patients in late October 2017 and will be located at 103 Winding Way, 77566.

    Besides offering an option in 24-hour emergency medical care in Lake Jackson, Neighbors will also bring approximately 30 jobs to the local economy by hiring board-certified physicians and medical teams with extensive ER experience that can treat all adult and pediatric illnesses and injuries.

    Neighbors has named Isaac Freeborn, MD, as the center’s Medical Director, and Brandi Bilek, RN, as Facility Director.

    Neighbors treats Abdominal Pain, Infections, Fever and Flu, Allergic Reactions, Burns, Sprains and Fractures, Head Injuries, Sports Injuries, Concussions, Stroke, and Advanced Cardiac and Pediatric Life Support emergencies. Neighbors accepts most major private insurance.

    With little wait time and no crowded waiting areas, Neighbors Emergency Center Lake Jackson will also have an on-site laboratory and imaging services of X-Ray, CT Scan and Ultrasound. Having state-of-the-art equipment in-house allows patient test results to return to the medical team faster, so the Neighbors physician can diagnose and begin treatment sooner.
