HOUSTON, Texas, April 18, 2017 – Giving blood can sometimes be the difference in saving a life, so Neighbors Emergency Center San Angelo is proud to sponsor a blood drive on April 29. A bloodmobile will be at Neighbors San Angelo, located at 3417 Sherwood Way, 76901 from 11 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. seeking donations from all blood types. The center’s phone number is 325-223-0075.

Each pint of blood donated could help save up to three lives, so Neighbors is asking San Angelo residents to make a difference and give this lifesaving gift.

“Neighbors Emergency Center San Angelo is proud to host United Blood Services on April 29 in our parking lot,” said Neighbors Emergency Center San Angelo Medical Director Antonio Bueso, MD. “Neighbors recognizes the importance of blood donation and the vital role it plays in the most critical emergencies. We hope the community will join us to donate blood and the gift of life. Refreshments will be available in the center, so please stop by to meet your local Neighbors.”

Neighbors San Angelo’s blood drive is a direct link with the company’s core values of having a genuine, compassionate heart; being loyal to the community it serves; while engaging in a collaborative action delivered with a smile.
