Pasadena ISD to Honor Neighbors Emergency Center Pasadena with Community Shining Star Award on May 25
HOUSTON, Texas, May 17, 2017 – Neighbors Emergency Center Pasadena is honored to be recognized by the Pasadena Independent School District’s Education Foundation at the 2017 Shining Stars Gala on May 25. Neighbors Pasadena will be spotlighted with the Community Shining Star Award for outstanding community support at the gala, which will be at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel. Festivities will begin at 6:30 P.M.
Neighbors has long supported Pasadena ISD and its Educational Foundation. For the 2016-2017 school year, Neighbors Emergency Center Pasadena donated more than $20,000 which included teaching grants, in-kind donations, t-shirts for the entire population of Dr. Kirk Lewis Career & Technical High School and monthly financial donations to the Education Foundation.
“Neighbors is humbled to be recognized by Pasadena ISD,” said Neighbors Pasadena Medical Director Hitesh Patel, MD. “We love being a part of this community and doing all we can to make lives better for local students and teachers.”
