Two Neighbors Emergency Center Amarillo Nurses Recognized in 2016 “25 Great Panhandle Nurses” Listing
HOUSTON, Texas, October 6, 2016 – Two Neighbors Emergency Center Amarillo nurses have been recognized for their outstanding nursing practices and been named to the “25 Great Panhandle Nurses” List for 2016. Terrah Jamandron and Christopher Heath are both Registered Nurses at Neighbors Emergency Center Amarillo located at 2015 South Western St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
The “25 Great Panhandle Nurses” acknowledgement is an opportunity to recognize Registered Nurses from all practice areas for their contributions to the communities in which they live and practice both the art and science of Nursing. Neighbors is extremely proud of these two nurses that represent all the outstanding nurses within the Neighbors Emergency Center family.
Terrah Jamandron has been a nurse since 2009 and joined Neighbors in January 2016 when the Amarillo center opened. Jamandron loves her work, the team she works with and being able to apply her craft in the Neighbors Emergency Center setting.
“I am so humbled to be recognized and to stand among the other nurses that were also honored,” said Jamandron. When discussing her work in the ER Jamandron stated, “I have the opportunity to learn something new every day. Working in an ER that cares about its patients and its employees make this job irreplaceable.”
Jamandron and her husband, who is also an RN, have been married for 17 years and have four daughters. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends outdoors.
Christopher Heath started in medicine as a US Army medic and served an infantry deployment to Iraq in 2003. After the military, Heath did not plan a life in nursing.
